for a whole better you

Chakras run though our body, each one symbolising an aspect of personal growth. The Chakras allow an energy flow around our bodies, if a blockage occurs then this can lead to an imbalance and an effect on our general well being. This can present itself in emotional - spiritual or physical symptoms.

This can be addressed through rebalancing the Chakras, a simple approach to this is lay one hand on the root Chakra, just below the belly button, and then placing the other hand over each of the other Chakras in turn.

If you find that your energy levels are low then you can also re-energise your Chakras.

1  Stand in a relaxed position

2  Breath deeply, on the exhilation let your tention release from your shoulders

3  Concentarting on your feet, imagine drawing up energy from the Earth, breath in drawing energy up your left foot through you Root Chakra.

4  As you breath out imagine the energy flowing down your right leg and down to your foot to the Earth. Repeat this process for about ten minutes. If you wish to continue then follow the same path of energy to breath but this time take the breath to the Sacral Chakra (Just above the belly button), again repeat for ten minutes. You can continue this process working with each Chakra in turn.
